As a holder of a voucher, you can make use of certain discounts. Please note that the discount will not be available once the booking process has been completed and the voucher is exhausted.

The conference fee includes the fees for reception, conference dinner and excursion. For better planning, we kindly ask you to fill out the following questions.

Note that - despite included in the fee - for organisatoric reasons your decision for or against the participation in the conference dinner and excursion is binding.

Online participation

If you decide to participate remotely, beware that we still expect you to participate the whole week in the symposium and be present in the online-discussion forum after the talks and during the discussion sessions. Moreover, on-site presentations might be given higher priority during the abstract evaluation.
